The Site is provided for lawful, informational purposes related to Gratiq’s software training programs, brand, and public communications. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (if none) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
